Lori Mountford qualified for two Olympic teams - in 1988 when curling was still a demonstration sport in Calgary, Canada, and in 1998 when the sport debuted as an Olympic medal sport in Nagano, Japan. She also was a two-time silver medalist at the Women’s World Championship (1992, 1996) and won the U.S. Women’s National Championship title three times. Named the USCA’s Female Athlete of the Year in 1991, Mountford also won the 1992 U.S. Mixed National Championship title.

Throughout her curling career, Lori gave back to her home club in Madison, Wis., in many ways while serving on several committees to help the club be successful.
