QUALIFICATION PROCEDURES 2023 JUNIOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The USA Curling Junior National Championships, a USA Curling sanctioned event to determine the nation’s top curlers 21 years of age of younger, will be hosted by the Broomstones Curling Club in Wayland, MA, and run from April 3-8, 2023.
The upcoming Championships will welcome eight women’s and eight men’s curling teams, creating two respective fields to determine two champions that will represent the United States at the following year’s World Junior Curling Championships.
Eight berths to the U.S. Junior Curling National Championships will be awarded the following ways:
Top two (2) eligible teams on the World Curling Federation’s World Team Rankings as of December 20th, 2022.
Six (6) identified junior bonspiels across the country will qualify six teams.
In each event, the highest-finishing junior women’s and junior men’s teams, not already qualified, will earn a berth.
Qualification Events: The three remaining qualification events (TBA) will be held in 2023. Once qualification events are determined, they’ll be shared to the USA Curling website. Fargo-Moorhead Curling Club – Fargo, North Dakota
Upon qualification, teams will be contacted directly with registration information for the 2023 U.S. Junior Curling National Championships.
