BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE.

Curling grows when our footprint expands.

As interest in our sport has grown, facilities dedicated to curling have emerged across the country—North Carolina, Arizona, the Bay Area of California, Oregon, Michigan, Colorado, Pennsylvania. And that’s just the start of it—even established curling centers like the Twin Cities have added new facilities in the last ten years.

There are more than 100 Arena Clubs that want to move from curling on skating ice at inconvenient hours to having financially stable facilities that provide more ice time and create opportunities for revenue-generating events.

As the national organization for the sport, driving the growth of dedicated curling centers is essential to our mission. All of us who love our great game can turn the dreams of new facilities into reality.

With direct funding through the Foundation, money can be generated for grants and low or zero-interest loans that will help our aging heritage clubs afford costly renovations or repairs, and help arena clubs transition to dedicated facilities.

We also envision a National Curling Center—a facility that celebrates our sport, hosts multiple national and international events, houses as Hall of Fame, and is a destination for all who love this game.
