The USA Curling Mixed Fours National Championship field is populated through regional playdowns. This championship determines the best four-person mixed team (two women, two men) in the country.

The winning team of the Mixed Fours National Championship will advance to the World Mixed Championship.

Event eligibility can be found in Section III of the Rules of Curling Handbook.

The 2026 Mixed Fours National Championship was decided by the slimmest of margins, with Team Workin (Evan Workin, Rachel Workin, Jordan Brown, Christina Wilwand) from the Dakota Territory defeating two-time defending champion Team Falco (David Falco, Becca Wood, Lance Wheeler, Clare Moores) in a thrilling extra-end final.

After capturing their first Mixed Fours National Championship in 2024, Team Falco (David Falco, Becca Wood, Lance Wheeler, Clare Moores) put a stamp on that win with a successful title defense in 2025.
