[EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, January 5, 2025] — While American teams and staff prepare for the Milan-Cortina Games, USA Curling is also beginning its search for a High Performance Director, responsible for elite athlete development and competitive programs following the 2026 Olympics.
In this position, the selected candidate will work closely with athletes, coaches, and key stakeholders to deliver competitive excellence on the international stage.
“We could not be prouder of the teams that will represent us in Cortina,” said Dean Gemmell, CEO of USA Curling. “Over the past several months, our athletes, coaches, and staff have risen to the challenge, earning Olympic berths in all three disciplines. But this is no time to rest, and the High Performance Director will be tasked with elevating us further in the years ahead.”
Applications are being accepted from now until March 20th. The interview process will begin following the 2026 Games.
Details about the position, including qualifications and application instructions, can be found here.
