[EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, March 10, 2026] — With the conclusion of the final qualifier of the season, the Four Seasons Junior Bonspiel, the field is set for the 2026 Junior Men’s & Junior Women’s National Championships.
The event, set to take place in the Wachter Arena at the Capital Ice Complex from March 30th through April 4th, brings together the top teams under the age of 20. The winners will represent the United States at the 2027 U21 World Junior Curling Championships.
Teams qualified for the 2026 Junior Nationals as follows:
The two highest-finishing Junior Men’s teams and the two highest-finishing Junior Women's teams at the 2025 Junior National Championships earned berths.
Six teams, three per gender. earned berths from results at the three Qualifying Bonspiels—Eau Claire, Broomstones, Fargo.
Four teams, two per gender, earned berths from results at the Four Seasons Junior Bonspiel.
Two teams, one per gender, earned berths based on points accumulated at Qualifying Bonspiels over the course of this season.
“The different pathways to Nationals and the numerous high-level competition opportunities they provide give junior curlers a way to improve throughout the season and test themselves against teams from across the country,” noted USA Curling CEO Dean Gemmell. “The field in Bismarck is a strong one, and we look forward to a great week of curling.”
Games at the 2026 Junior Nationals will be streamed on the USA Curling YouTube channel. More information, including schedules, will be available here in the coming weeks.
