THREE TEAMS EARN BERTHS IN MIXED DOUBLES NATIONALS THROUGH POINTS IN FOUR-PERSON CURLING

[EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, December 4, 2025] — USA Curling is pleased to announce the three teams that have qualified for the 2026 Mixed Doubles National Championship in Bemidji, Minnesota, through the World Curling Team Ranking points pathway.
As outlined in the 2025-26 Qualifying Procedures, berths were awarded to Mixed Doubles teams that completed the registration process and had the highest combined points from their respective four-person teams in the World Curling Team Rankings. These point totals were determined at the end of the day on December 3, 2025. To be eligible, teams were required to register by 11:59 p.m. CT on November 25, 2025.
Through this process, the following Mixed Doubles teams have qualified for the 2026 USA Curling Mixed Doubles Nationals:
Christine McMakin / Sam Strouse
Ella Wendling / Benji Paral
Stephanie Senneker / Nick Visnich
These teams will now advance to the Mixed Doubles National Championship, a 16-team event scheduled for January 20-25 at the Bemidji Curling Club in Bemidji, MN. The winning team will represent the United States at the 2026 Ace & Company World Mixed Doubles Championship in Geneva, Switzerland.
