[EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, March 26, 2026] —The 2026 Men’s & Women’s Club National Championships will be contested this week at the Chaska Curling Center, one of the premier facilities for the sport in the United States.
Following a day of pre-event practice, the championship kicks off at 8 AM on March 26th. Twelve men’s and twelve women’s teams have traveled to Minnesota from around the United States, all hoping to capture the 2025 Club Nationals title.
Within each gender, teams are divided into two pools of six teams, with the top three teams from each pool advancing to the playoffs. The first place teams in each pool earn a bye to the semi-finals, while second and third place teams in each pool will compete in the initial Qualification round games. The winners of those matchups will advance to the semi-finals.
This is a USA Curling regionally-based championship, and this event celebrates the club-based culture and history of the sport. To qualify, competed in playdowns run by each Recognized Regional Association (RRA) of the national organization. Each region receives one berth, with an additional berth awarded to the region with the greatest number of playdown entries. This year, an additional men’s berth was awarded to the Wisconsin Curling Association, while the Mountain & Pacific Curling Association (MOPAC) received the additional women’s entry. Chaska, as the host club, also receives a berth in both the Men’s and Women’s divisions.
To be eligible to compete in this event, all players on a team must both belong to and play in a league at the same USA Curling Member Club.
“During the Olympics and Paralympics, our Member Clubs showed how important they are to the growth of our sport, as well-run events across the country welcomed new players fell in love with curling during the Games,” said USA Curling CEO Dean Gemmell. “This event brings together great players who are also driven by a desire to represent their club well. We’re also thrilled to be back at Chaska for another national championship—American curlers are always excited to travel to compete here.”

The Club Nationals are also the third event that impacts the Regions Cup, a points race launched this season by USA Curling to recognize the RRA that performs best across all the regionally-based championships—Arena Nationals, U18 Nationals, Club Nationals, and Mixed Fours Nationals. Current standings in that competition can be found here.
