[EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, October 12, 2026] — USA Curling today announced that games from the 2027 USA Curling Men's and Women's National Championships at the MidAmerican Energy RecPlex in West Des Moines, IA, will be presented on Peacock, the NBCUniversal streaming platform.
Coverage will be produced by USA Curling media partner Stadium Sports Network (SSN), bringing action from this marquee event directly to fans across the United States. The championship runs January 24-30, with eight teams of each gender competing in round-robin play to advance to the playoff round and earn the right to represent Team USA at this year’s World Men’s and World Women’s Curling Championships.
The announcement builds on the momentum generated by curling during the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The discipline captured the attention of audiences across the country, as record levels of viewership, digital engagement, and social media interaction demonstrated the growing popularity of curling among sports fans.
"Once again we saw firsthand during the 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics that curling has the ability to capture America’s attention,” said Joe Gesue, Senior Vice President, Olympic Programming & Planning, NBC Sports. "Peacock continues to be the perfect platform to showcase the best in the U.S. competing at curling’s highest levels as they begin their push for the 2030 Olympics in France.”
Stadium Sports has worked with USA Curling since 2023, and its coverage of the preliminary rounds of the U.S. Olympic Team Trials ahead of the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games were also carried on Peacock.
"We want to continue to grow exposure for our sport, and we are grateful for the support of NBC Sports," said USA Curling CEO Dean Gemmell. "Making championship curling available on Peacock increases the visibility of our athletes, our events, and the sport itself."
The complete men’s and women’s fields for the 2027 championships will be announced at the end of December. More about the event, including ticket and hotel information, is available in the Championships section of the USA Curling website.
