After several days of great curling in Wisconsin, Team Farbelow (Mike Farbelow, Rich Ruohonen, Bill Stopera, Darren Lehto) and Team Smith (Margie Smith, Norma O’Leary, Shelly Kinney, Shelly Kosal) both successfully defended their 2025 titles and emerged as national champions once again.

Twenty-six men’s teams and and fourteen women’s teams will take to the ice at host club Kettle Moraine in Hartland, WI, and the Wauwatosa Curling Club in Wauwatosa, WI, all aiming to represent the United States at the 2026 Ace & Company World Senior Curling Championships in April.

Rock Creek Curling hosted another successful U18 Nationals, as 12 Girls teams and 12 Boys teams came to Lafayette, CO, to vie for the titles. Rock Creek Curling will once again host the USA Curling U-18 Boys & Girls Nationals, with 24 teams competing in Lafayette, CO, from January 8th through the 11th.

Skip Tabitha Peterson led teammates Cory Thiesse, Tara Peterson, Taylor Anderson-Heide, and Aileen Geving to an 8-4 victory over Norway at the Olympic Qualification Event (OQE) in Kelowna, Canada.

When the 2025 USA Curling Arena Nationals concluded on Sunday, there were both new and familiar faces on the top of the podium.

“A” Division play in the 2025 United States Steel Pan Continental Curling Championships, gets underway today in Virginia, Minnesota, at Iron Trail Motors Event Center. Team Shuster and Team Peterson will represent the United States in Men’s and Women’s play, aiming to secure top finishes that qualify the country for the 2026 World Championships.
